Coercive Control and Domestic Violence. Abuse, Bullying and Ruminating Thoughts. All have the ability to consume our daily activities and we need time to process what we feel. I support individuals with the ability to come to terms with their beliefs and moral compass.
I enable clients, either after a relationship breakdown, or whilst in a relationship, to see a direction that suits them. The way we treat ourselves and others is important for our mental health.

Suicidal Awareness, Depression and Anxiety Support
With suicide awareness training, I have gained valuable skills that enable me to provide you with effective support, as well as to create a safe and welcoming space for you to explore your feelings and emotions in depth. Together, we can work towards discovering and understanding more about you as an individual, fostering personal growth and self-awareness. I employ the principles of psychoeducation alongside various therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to ensure a comprehensive approach to your emotional well-being. The results of this collaborative effort can be profoundly effective, not only addressing the immediate concerns you may have but also paving the way for a healthier and more positive future.
I offer a therapeutic space, either face to face or online. I operate with a variety of skills and techniques which will depend on the person - we are all unique.
CBT. Psychodynamic theories ,singing bowls art therapy. Sometimes the feeling of being unable to change can be overwhelming or we become confused. If we maintain stability, it will lead to success. Taking ourselves into a new direction can be both inspiring to self others and exhilarating to self. It empowers us and supports good mental health and well-being.
