I have been in and out of therapy for nearly 10 years, and I think Amanda is the best therapist I have worked with. Her approach is outside the box and very creative, which can feel different at first but is highly effective.
Her work is personalised to your needs, and I am receiving a mix of psychological coaching and in-depth therapy.
The homework she gives is extremely useful and really makes you think and reflect deeply about your situation.
I am applying what I have learned in my day-to-day life, and it makes me feel very powerful and in control. This is a big change from where I was before, and I am very grateful to Amanda.

I recently attended Amanda's therapy counselling sessions and found them extremely helpful. Each session had a different approach and really made you think and evaluate any problems helping you to understand and clear away the fog . I'm very grateful to her and her creative way, that she has helped me deal with things I hadn't realised where affecting me and deep routed. Thank you Amanda 😊

Amanda led a session about burnout at the Jupiter wellness centre event. She offered to do it voluntarily. It detailed the stages of burnout and how to get yourself back to baseline. It helped a lot of people as they resonated with her teaching. Her delivery was detailed and gave practical guidance on how to prevent burnout. It was also very funny and relatable as it’s from her lived experience. To end the session, she blessed us with her angelic voice; It was such an honour to work alongside Amanda.
